Super Sports & Iddy Biddy 
The YMCA of Greater Rochester is committed to providing a fun, educational first sports experience for your child.  Our Iddy Biddy Sports program introduces children to the games, rules and fundamental skills of sports such as soccer, flag football & T-ball.  Our program also concentrates on teaching sportsmanship and positive competition and building positive relationships between participants.  We will discuss the YMCA core values (Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsiblity) and nutrition in every class.

SUPER SPORTS - three year olds (with and without parent participation)

IDDY BIDDY SPORTS  - 4 & 5 year olds

• Iddy Biddy Instructional Soccer 
• Iddy Biddy instructional T-Ball

 YOUTH SPORTS
Children will be broken into instructional groups based on the age and experience.  All groups meet at the same time.  Coaches will divide children into levels week one.  No need to choose a level at time of registration.

                   ROOKIES:          Ages 6-7        
                  WINNERS:         Ages 8-9      
                  CHAMPIONS:   Ages 10-12
